I’m Tiffany, the coach behind Resilience Results Coaching and The Resilient Mother. I’m a personal trainer and resilience coach who helps women build strength, energy, and confidence through realistic training, simple habits, and a whole lot of compassion.

I know what it feels like to be exhausted, stretched thin, and uncomfortable in your own body. For a long time, I thought I just needed more willpower. What I really needed was a different approach.

My Story

There was a season of my life when I was surviving, not fully living.

After 40, as a newly single mother of three, I found myself exhausted physically, mentally, and emotionally. I had poured so much into everyone else that I no longer felt at home in my own body. My energy was low, my routines had slipped, and I carried a quiet guilt for wanting more for myself.

Then life brought deeper challenges: divorce, solo parenting, business setbacks, and mental health struggles in my family. More than once, I felt like I was starting over.

But by the grace of God, I did not stay there.

He began rebuilding me from the inside out, restoring my strength, renewing my mindset, and reminding me that caring for myself was not selfish, it was necessary.

That journey led me to become a Certified High Performance Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. It also brought me back to a part of myself I had always loved: movement. As a former competitive gymnast, varsity cheerleader, and dancer, I knew firsthand how powerful it is to feel strong, capable, and alive in your body.

Today, I combine evidence-based fitness, high performance coaching, and real-life experience to help women rebuild their strength, energy, and confidence in a way that is sustainable, supportive, and personal.

I know what it is like to navigate pregnancy, stress, perimenopause, and seasons of starting over. I also know that real transformation is not built through shame or extremes. It is built through wisdom, resilience, compassion, and consistent action.
